You still see many listings on the mls system and on personal web sites with poor quality pictures. You have to get good pictures so people will want to look at your listings and visit them too! Average residential price is $330,471 & condos is $246,062. The average price in Ottawa for 2009 is $303,888, an increase of 4.9% over 2008. The market is still hot but there is no inventory. Take advantage of this hot market and sell your home now.
