Take highway 417 towards Orleans (on highway 174)
You will pass Orleans, Cumberland, then the Double D Ranch (on the right at Canaan Road)
Once you get closer to Rockland you will pass one set of street lights & the next exit is Laporte Street,
~ Turn right on Laporte ( Ottawa river on left side)
~ Turn left on Laurier Street (Tim Horton's on corner)
~ Turn right on Heritage (Ultramar on corner)
~ Then left on Raymond Street (behind Independent grocery store)
~ Turn left on Eliot (you will see many townhouses)

I was looking for a phone number the other day so I Google'd it and found them on Google. I was on my iPhone and to my surprise, when I clicked on their link, I saw their mobile enabled web site. I was glad to see that the web site was optimized for the mobile. It is much easier to get store locations, phone numbers, etc...

It makes it much easier to navigate on the web site when you are on your mobile device. No need to scroll up and down, left to right and all over the place. The mobile enabled web sites are becoming more and more popular but still many web sites are not mobile enabled. If you are selling your home, you want to make sure that the potential buyers will be able to see your listing information, quickly and easily. If you are a buyer, this will also make it much easier for you when you are looking for information. 

My web site has been mobiled enabled for a while now because I can see how much more valuable it is for potential buyers. As you can see below, my web site is there, plain and simple.

The mobile web site might not be as "pretty and fancy" as the regular web site but the information is so much easier to navigate. As a seller you should make sure that your home will be on a mobile enabled web site.

One more step with the city of Rockland and we will be able to release the second phase of the homes.

The builder's standard home is nicely appointed so even if you buy the standard home with no upgrades, the house shows very well. Your friends and family will be impressed. There is however a lot of upgrades you can do. From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the different layouts on the second level to the to the finished basement you can really make it your own. There are a few upgrades that I always recommend to my clients that only make sense to take when you purchase the home. These are small items but once you have them selected, they are part of your mortgage and you won't see the difference in your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly mortgage payment.

According to Wikipedia, Movember (a portmanteau of "moustache" and "November") is an annual, month-long event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November. The event was conceived in 1999 by a group of Australian men from Adelaide.

It is a month to raise awareness and funds for men's health such as prostate cancer. Because of the cancer history in my family I have chosen to take part of this event for the first time. A good friend of mine asked me today if I was doing it - but I wasn't too sure. I've had the goatee for as long as I can remember. Then my daughter said I should do it, so I did it. A strange feeling not to have facial hairbut it certainly is for a good cause. Let's see how the month moves along.
